Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have health insurance or who choose
not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining
the expected cost of their care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during
your care. If you schedule services at least three business days in advance, a written
estimate will be provided as required by law.
If your final bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the
right to dispute the charge.
