Employee portal terms

These terms cover the invite-only employee portal at portal.wovensage.com, provided by Woven Sage Counseling for current employees and contractors.
License
If you are invited and have an active account, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the portal for Woven Sage work. You may not share your login, copy the software, or use the portal to access records you are not authorized to see.
Accounts
There is no public registration. Access can be changed or revoked at any time. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
QuickBooks and other apps
The portal may connect to QuickBooks Online and link out to tools such as SimplePractice. Those products have their own terms. The portal does not store patient clinical records.
