How do I schedule my first appointment? +
Click "Check Insurance & Book" anywhere on our site. You'll complete scheduling and insurance details on our secure booking platform. You can also contact us with general questions using the contact form.
Do you accept insurance? +
Yes. We bill in-network insurance through Headway. We are actively credentialing additional plans — check Headway or contact us for the most current list.
Do you offer private pay? +
Yes. Private pay is available alongside insurance options. Rates and payment are managed through Headway.
Do you offer telehealth? +
Yes. Secure video sessions are available for clients located in Florida. In-person sessions are available in the South Florida area.
What should I expect in the first session? +
Your first session is a chance to share what brings you in, discuss your goals, and get a feel for your therapist's approach. It's normal to feel nervous — we will meet you with warmth and without judgment.
How long are sessions? +
Session length varies based on client preference and clinician availability, typically between 45 and 60 minutes.
What if Woven Sage isn't the right fit? +
We assess fit during intake. If another level or type of care would serve you better, we will help connect you with appropriate resources.
