Insurance
We bill in-network insurance through Headway, which handles eligibility verification, claims, and billing on your behalf.

Private pay
Private pay is available for clients who prefer to pay out of pocket or whose insurance is not yet in network. Payment is processed through Headway.

Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. HSA and FSA cards are typically accepted for eligible mental health services — confirm with your card provider.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please contact us or manage your appointment through Headway.
